Emergency Response Services

JEI provides a 24 hour Emergency Hotline for all environmental emergency needs.  Please call our toll free number 1-877-345-4534 if your circumstances illicit immediate emergency response.  Emergency response services include, but are not exclusive to the following:

• Water Intrusion Emergency Response – In order to address residential and commercial water intrusion issues, JEI maintains an emergency response team on stand-by 24 hours a day.  JEI utilizes only the most current technology to assess and mitigate the situation (thermal imaging cameras, commercial and residential grade dehumidifiers, and carpet moisture vacuums).

• Commercial or Residential Spill Response – JEI provides emergency spill response to Hazardous& Non-Hazardous chemical or material incidents on land and water.

• Hurricane Emergency Response – As hurricanes are becoming a larger threat to the Louisiana coastline, JEI stands prepared to mobilize its equipment and staff to minimize damage and loss due to water and mold damage.  Our staff is highly experienced and prepared for storm reaction operations.

• Vacuum Truck Services – JEI owns and operates a state of the art vacuum vehicle, which has the capability for removal of non-hazardous and certain hazardous materials.

• Transfer Facility Status – JEI maintains transfer facility status enabling the Company to temporarily store hazardous materials.

• Hauling Services – JEI is capable of hauling hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
